It seems we spend a lot of time educating young people to 'just say no' or to restrict interactions with potentially-harmful substances or devices, and in an ideal world that would do the trick. Yet it isn't working. No longer is it a case of IF a young person comes into contact with these things, but WHEN. With this in mind, a thorough education is important. The drugs and addiction classes combined leave no stone unturned, so teens walk into the real world with a real understanding.
